as far as I know..there is a collector somewhere near Dunes od Despair that has a healing ankh with +27 energy and +30 health..I don't think he has casting speed though. I know he does require iridescent griffon wings.

err..If his item is nice but expensive..don't you think one with +30 always casting speed/recharge in healing is going to cost way more? People would probably front a mil or something for that sucker..
